About the app
Lailatna is a premium 2-player offline card game with multiple levels, designed for playful conversation between two people. The app runs fully offline and does not require an account.

How to make a purchase
- Open Lailatna.
- Tap Start Session on the home screen.
- Enter player names (optional) and tap Choose Level.
- Tap any locked level (Connection, Deep Feelings, Bold, or Full VIP).
- The unlock sheet will show the available pack with its price.
- Tap Unlock Now · [price] and complete the App Store purchase.
All purchases are processed by Apple StoreKit only. There is no external payment.
How to restore purchases
If you bought a pack on another device or after reinstalling the app, you can restore your purchases for free:
- Open the app, tap the gear icon on the home screen.
- Tap Restore Purchases.
- Or: open any locked level → in the unlock sheet, tap Restore Purchases.
You will need to be signed in to the same Apple ID that made the original purchase.
Refund requests
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Please use Apple's official refund page:

Common issues
- "Cannot connect to the App Store" — check your internet connection, sign in to a valid Apple ID, then retry.
- Purchase didn't unlock the level — tap Restore Purchases. If the level is still locked, email us.
- Sound not working — open Settings inside the app and toggle Sounds. Make sure your device is not in silent mode.
- App crashes or freezes — please email us with your device model and iOS version.

طريقة الشراء
- افتح "ليلتنا".
- اضغط ابدأ الجلسة من الشاشة الرئيسية.
- أدخل أسماء اللاعبَين (اختياري) ثم اضغط اختر المستوى.
- اضغط على أي مستوى مقفَل (تعارف، عمق ومشاعر، جرأة، أو كامل VIP).
- ستظهر شاشة الفتح بالمنتج وسعره.
- اضغط افتح الآن · [السعر] وأكمل الشراء عبر App Store.
تتم جميع المشتريات حصرياً عبر StoreKit من Apple. لا يوجد دفع خارجي.
استعادة المشتريات
إذا اشتريت من جهاز آخر أو أعدت تثبيت التطبيق، يمكنك استعادة مشترياتك مجاناً:
- افتح التطبيق واضغط على أيقونة الترس في الرئيسية.
- اضغط استعادة المشتريات.
- أو: افتح أي مستوى مقفَل → في شاشة الفتح اضغط استعادة المشتريات.
يجب أن تكون مسجَّلاً بنفس Apple ID الذي تمّ به الشراء الأصلي.
طلبات الاسترداد
تُعالَج طلبات استرداد مشتريات App Store من قِبَل Apple مباشرة. يُرجى استخدام صفحة الاسترداد الرسمية:

مشاكل شائعة
- "تعذّر الاتصال بـ App Store" — افحص الإنترنت، تأكّد من تسجيل الدخول إلى Apple ID صحيح، ثم أعد المحاولة.
- الشراء لم يفتح المستوى — اضغط استعادة المشتريات. إذا بقي المستوى مقفَلاً، راسِلنا.
- الصوت لا يعمل — افتح الإعدادات داخل التطبيق وفعِّل خيار الأصوات. تأكّد أيضاً أن الجهاز ليس في الوضع الصامت.
- التطبيق يتعطّل أو يتوقف — راسِلنا مع ذكر طراز الجهاز ونسخة iOS.
